There is no such thing as right career or wrong career, there are just different fields. There is no such thing as right industry or wrong industry, every industry has its pros and cons. There is no such thing as correct advice or wrong advice. When you realize what is it that truly drives you in your daily life that is when you have found your true passion. If we follow others advice we are letting them control our lives. Never take others advice and consider it right. Find your strengths, know your weaknesses, find what drives you in your day to day life. Whether it's interacting with people then you must be a good salesman. When you like influencing people then you must be a good leader or manager. When you like staying in your own comfort zone then you are an introverted person , even you can be a part of a team. When you let others control your decisions you are giving them the key to control your lives. Not even your peers or professors or even your parents or seniors should decide what you choose to do in your life. Find that one thing you can do through every single day, that one thing that you can do forever for even 25 years ahead of your life. And if you feel ashamed to do it for the next 25 years then it's not worth pursuing it. Find that 25 years formula passion. Nobody can decide whether it's right or wrong only you have to decide that. Find that one thing that motivates you every second of your life. Only then finally you have found your passion. That 25 years formula work is all yours and no one else's decision. That is when you will live a healthy life filled with joy and cheerfulness. Whether it's leadership, management, salesmanship, marketing, programming, designing, or any other field, then you have the right to call it your passion and it should be your whole and soul decision. Everybody has value, no one lacks a good personality. There will be times when people will criticize you but only you have the control to let it demotivate you, don't let that happen. Even an accountant can be a great asset to the company, even a salesman has influence over customers, even a leader can lead a team that delivers results, even a manager can do good by managing a company. Nobody is small. No work is small. There are only businesses and teams. And everybody is a part of that. Find your sense of belonging with the world by reading Bhagavad Gita and you will self-realize who you are and your relationship with God. If you see God who resides in everyone, your world will change and you will attain Krishna Consciousness and you will spread the consciousness to others and they in turn will spread it to more people. Believe in God and become a pure devotee and you will change your beliefs about God. Therefore If people criticize you for your work then don't let them take away your passion away from you. Nobody can decide your fate only you can. So get this in your head, everybody has a personality, a career, a harmonious life, a caring attitude, and is a respectful human being. Create your own life and breathe it every second and then you will have infinite power within you.
