I went to the book keeper, and I started reading the Gitapress Books, I read Ramcharitmanas, Puranas, Vedas, Valmiki Ramayana, and other shastras.
According to me these books have everything, every shastra has a purpose, whether you see it from the top, or index, they have exactly the right title for each chapter.
As I was reading these shastras, to my greatest disbelief, I could not find a single book on Leadership.
So I asked the book keeper, to My Greatest Blindness and Darkness, I asked the keeper a question - 'Bhaiya, yahan koi leadership pe book hai kya? Kya kisi ko leadeship thik se aati nahi hai? Aise kyun?'
He replied in Hindi -
Yahan jo bhi hai, acchi books hai, aur yeh aapko ek accha insaan banayenge, ye aapko ek behatar Leader banayenge.
Another time I asked the keeper - 'Kya yahan nastikon ke liye koi book nahi milti?'
He replied -
'Yahan pe Nastik ko Astik banane ke liye hi books milti hain.'
Another time the keeper asked me-
'Kya aapko acchi guna ke liye book chahiye?'
Maine kaha - 'Ji haan. Bilkul chahiye.'
Another time I asked the keeper-
'Kya pravachan pe koi books hain?'
He replied-
'Ji haan. Swami Ramsukhdasji ke pravachan pe books milti hain.'
So, whether you want to be a Leader, you have these books, all aligned for you to become a great leader.
All aligned for atheists to become believers.
All aligned for qualities of being a spiritual person.
All aligned for the motivational and inspirational lectures.
To my greatest darkness or ignorance, I had no idea why I didn't find a book especially on Leadership. There are all these books for you to become a Leader.
Now, here comes the most important part- Do you think you will have the time to read the shastras when you will get a chance for a promotion, do you think you will get to read the shastras and learn the gyan in this shastras? Maybe it might get too late. No! It doesn't have to be like that.
Start.....reading......the......shastras.
The greatest gain will be known once you read the shastras.
Now you may ask - 'How will I know and what will I gain?'
See- Picture this scenario-
You are living your life and whatever job or situations you have and what questions you are concerned about....After reading the shastras you will find your answers to your problems....So you will gain the greatest gain by reading the shastras.
You will gain, believe me it works, it will work, it has to work, it must work, more importantly it has worked for many people. And God is doing the best for everyone.
Okay! If you want to have a little try, then do this, read a pocket size Gita of just 50 pages, you will see yourself as Arjuna in the Mahabharata, and you will find the answers to your problems.

Okay! If still there is nothing awakening inside of you after giving this task, then it's a concern about a low person.
Don't sulk or grief over the problems you have.
Bring yourself to a Resourceful State.
Get yourself in High Spirits.
If still you are in High Spirits and if you are not feeling low then surrender yourself to God and believe in your mission and read these shastras daily. Chances maybe slim but you may achieve your solutions or results.
So, the greatest gain is all there in these shastras.
