Okay! If these questions are affecting you on a daily basis then you have come to the right place.

Understand that you need to be a good human being first, and then you need to build your self-respect as you proceed in life, How? By reading the shastras.

The shastras will show you what is right and what's the noise of your life?

If you won't work your way through yourself first, your inner self, your inner core, internally you won't see the changes externally. Be a Religious person first, respect God and his devotees, Respect the shastras, Respect his world, How? By reading the shastras.

Once you read shastras you will learn to be spiritual, your inner self, when you change yourself internally, you will see the external environment in a different manner.

When you know that movies, liquor, games , or any other bad acquaintances as noise you will tend to be less attracted towards them. Now you may think is it possible to avoid seeing movies or tv shows? As per Bhagavatam, cinemas are misguiding people. Srila Prabhupada said 'We have no purpose in seeing movies and we don't want entertainment, we are not interested in them'

Try sitting without a movie and see, does it make you attracted towards seeing it and making you anxious if you try not to see it.

Don't become attracted towards anything in a bad manner!

See, inner self will become better if we read the shastras and see what is right and what's noise, this will help us be less nervous, less anxious about things in life and help us build our personality that earns our self-respect. Once we learn to respect ourselves it helps us being accepted by others and people who matter in our lives.

Being conscious, anxious, or worried about ourselves will only make us more anxious and worried. Get it done with once and for all. Build your self-respect by accepting yourself. If there is anything wrong about ourselves we must face it bravely. Once you read the shastras you will accept yourself the way you are, and you will move ahead confidently.

So first focus on your inner development first then things will move towards externally.

Conquer your inner battles first, read the shastras and then you will see the world with clarity.

Whatever be your fears, fear of public speaking, anxiety, you will learn to respect yourself and you can accept yourself the way you are.

All the bad qualities can be removed and the good  can be embraced.
