This post should be one of most important post people can ever come across.
What is the greatest trait one can ever have in achieving results?
What is a bad quality one could avoid?
What determines our downfall?
If you ask one of the greatest trait one can ever have is then that is God's faith.
And how do you sustain that faith? By reading shastras.
Okay what is a bad quality one could have......
Do you think that you are underpaid? Do you think that you deserve a promotion? Do you keep scores with people around you? Do you think that people can't get along without you?......
All this leads to a bad quality which is called as a bad attitude.
Now mind you there is nothing about attitude in the shastras. But nowadays you will hear people talk about a bad attitude.
Dr. John Maxwell talks about what attitude can do for you and what attitude can't do for you....But the shastras don't have anything about a positive attitude.
Up till now I haven't come across any such shastra that talks about avoiding one...
But here is the thing to tackle a bad attitude....keep faith in God and this world. Don't talk in a bad manner or criticize anyone...But avoid being unrighteous, if there is adharma, confront it.....
Now you may ask how to confront and avoid bad attitude....
Be specific about doing your dharma and confronting the problem...
Still if people talk about your negative attitude then mention about what attitude can do for you and what it can't do for you....
People have a casual talk about positive attitude and negative attitude....tell them we have the right people in the team and we have to stick to them.....Do not stereotype and just talk in a random manner.
Shastras will help you keep faith in God and help you confront the problems in your life....
Don't just sit down and stay in your comfort zone and wait for the problem to decrease...
Keep faith in God and surrender to him and he will show you the path to your victory.
If the shastras don't have it then why do people talk about it and where has it evolved from?
There was a pastor named Norman Vincent Peale. He has written the book The Power of Positive Thinking book which talks about case scenarios and situations that helped people get through by being positive and praying to God and being optimistic and eventually all turned out well by praying to God in all the cases. It may be fictitious or real, the important lesson in the book is to keep positive thinking.
RadhaKrishna TV series episode has a lesson where Krishna talks about by keeping positive thinking one should move ahead and proceed facing challenges.
If you can keep a positive mental thinking attitude then it's great but still if you can't avoid a bad attitude then keep faith in God. How? By reading the shastras.
If still there is someone around you and if he has a bad attitude, then tell him to avoid a bad one and keep faith in God that will help the problem to decrease.
If a person is a crucial player for the team then we must keep him within the team and help him build faith that will help him face unlimited problems to overcome them.
Still if people talk about your bad attitude then avoid talking in such manner and proceed further in achieving your goals.
Avoid talking randomly and proceed further with positive thinking and move further in every possible manner.
Shastras will keep you in high spirits and you will learn to accept everyone as part and parcel of God and accept everyone as a part of the team.
Gita is the best example of Arjuna facing his battle against unrighteous people. Think of yourself as Arjuna facing adharma.
Bhakt Charita Ankh is the right shastra that could help you inspire and how to follow their footsteps. They set the right example of being a positive influence on this world.
So this faith in God can help you overcome every challenge in your life and move ahead with your chin up.
So next time someone has a bad attitude remind him to keep faith in God.
That's about it.
Goodbye and God Bless!
