Don't worry! Be Happy!
But that's a little old slang!
And we all have forgotten that!
But if still you need more help, I have a few books to share with you.
There are 3 books to get over a tragedy-
1) The Secret - by Rhonda Byrne. This book author has gone through a tragedy of her parent and has written this book that will get you back to the time when you were alright with your parent. Great book and will guide you through the tragedy.
2) Parlok aur Punarjanamank - This is another great book of Gitapress Gorakhpur. This book will make you stop worrying about death and will help you focus on doing good deeds or great karma in life. It is another ideal book of shastras that will help you remain fearless.
3) Sadhguru - Death - An Inside Story. This is also another great book that will help you believe that death is not a tragedy or calamity. This also helps you not to fear death and keep doing good deeds in life. If you fear death then you are inviting death. And if you don't fear death then you are embracing life. Can death be hacked and a few other chapters on how to remain fearless.
But just in case if you don't have the time to read them then here it is in short.
Live life and don't be fearful of death. Keep doing good karma and you will see that you are living to your best ability and embracing life. Death doesn't wait for anyone nor can it be hacked. Just enjoy life and keep doing good karma.
Don't be fearful about death and death is not a calamity.
The rites and rituals like shradh should be done to please the deities in heaven. And the rituals will give blessings to everyone who perform them and those who worship.
So, the next time you think about death, be fearless!
Radhe Radhe!
